Trollers and Feeders

why should someone demoted from a division to another division because someone decided to troll ? why should someone lose a match ( normal or ranked ) because someone decided to feed and troll ? as riot always try to do the best for the players to make it easy for them and make it a competitive game and better place, how could i end this streak of playing with troll and try to ban them if there is no specific way to ban them if we are playing a normal game or draft game ? this cause us to play with them in ranked too because nothing happen in normal matches so it's free for them to do the same thing in ranked . i hope you will find a way to end this because after so many matches with troll and feeders and after so many reports i sent no one is banned and nothing changed i still play with troll and feeders and still sending reports and nothing happen so this made our experiment to have a good game going wrong . i hope you will find something to end this soon because it's really annoying and i'm pretty sure that so many players suffer from this. thank you
