So I read the FAQ, and the only way for Riot to know that my "behaviour" improved is through honours right ?, does that mean the more I get honoured the faster I will become eligible to earning rewards ?
It's not just about honors. If you can avoid getting valid reports (emphasis on valid, false reports do not affect anything so no worries), so Riot does have other ways of monitoring your behavior rather than just simply looking at honors. I'm sure there's other factors but I'm not aware of such.
dude its all bullshit. I been waiting over a month and still nothing. Every game i play I support my team and one day a troll clan gets me banned from getting loot. i'm about done with this terrible Riot Support.

It'll take around 120 games or so of not being validly reported.
It'll take more games if you get validly reported.
I'm not sure what does it. I suppose just playing long enough without getting punished. I became eligible for hextech loot for the first time ever, but then permabanned 2 days later.
