Banned for using third party applications?

So 2 days ago, I got perma banned for supposedly using scripts? I am currently emailing riot back and fourth making sure that they understand that I have never used any types of scripts or hacks. I am Gold 5, I'm not even good at this game! I main singed and play syndra and cass. But once again I SHIT YOU NOT, I HAVEN'T EVER USED ANY SCRIPTS OR HACKS. The only thing I use are lolskill, curse, or discord! Please if this has happened to you or know how to prove to them you didn't please let me know. I asked for a supervisor or department head to call me, so I can ask more details. The 2nd email I received from them after asking why I got banned, they told me that they looked more into the case and found that I actually was using a third party application. At the end of the day, I'm telling the truth and they are punishing me for something I did not do.

Unfortunately, at the end of the day, random users on the boards can't really tell if you're telling the truth or not. Your options are rather limited if Riot has decided that you have been using scripts.

Any claim that you weren't using scripts can be seen as an attempt at deception in an effort to get your account back. Riot can't tell you what methods they used to determine you were using 3rd party applications in the interest of keeping these detection methods relevant. Which makes it extremely hard to prove their detection was incorrect.

Your best bet would be contacting support and telling them about any and all harmless 3rd party programs that may have been interacting with league.

Maybe you have malware that interacts with the client somehow, which is setting off false alarms for them.

Sucks to hear, best bet remake an account, and ask riot to investigate it to check and make sure no scripts are interacting with it If they say there are, then you have something on your machine triggering their censors. at which point it would be your fault. If nto maybe use it as evidence that both accounts only play on that machine.

Also if you ever logged onto another machine, that machine could of had scripts and that'd trigger your account as well
