trolls

dear riot, i am sick of trolls in the game just had a lee sin and kat bot lane who were very skilled players they both got s grade in fact. we lost because they refused to get turrets they stayed in the jg taking yi's jungle and killing everyone but no objectives. we all reported it i think but even if you read it what are going to do give them a 5 minute timer. They dont giva a shittt about that not their main account anyway even if u banned it they just make anothert troll account u need to start banning ip addresses this will solve them problem. This is my 5th season in league fiinshed silver last season but just cant seem to get out of bronze. I will be the first to say that im not that good obviously but i take ranked games seriously and i try my best i have thousands of dollars invested in this game i have all champs and 843 skins, this game means alot to me and for these bogus accounts to come in and do whatever from smurfing to trolling bothers me its hard enough for me to climb out of bronze without all this shit taking place. Please start banning ip addreses( in ranked games only) this will stop trolling and smurfing and make the over all community so much better. I dont want some diamond smurf on my team or the opposing team stepping on everyone like ants. does this make sense seems fair to me
