Permanently banned for 3rd party programs I didn't use

Hello all, I recently got permanently banned from league under accusations that I used malicious 3rd party programs when I know I never have. I am low elo (though I never play ranked) and have hundreds of Riven games. I know I've been reported for scripting while playing Riven when I get super fed or just have one of those games where I do really well, because the kids get super saltly and /all that I'm hacking. I filled out a ticket and they said they weren't going to lift the ban because they couldn't take back the other Summoners unfun games though I have multiple friends I play with (irl and online) daily to vouch for me, I could even submit videos of me playing at this point. Is there anything I could possibly do to get my account back. Summoner name is lebootydestroyer. I did once change my announcer pack for a few weeks, and used curse client if that matters

OP was low Silver last season and currently unranked, I don't see any reason why he would use script/3rd party programs to cheat.

Maybe this^, I would try to avoid messing with Riot game files.

Yeah I unfortunately had no idea announcer packs were against terms of use, as I saw plenty of them on the lol Reddit front page from time to time and I definitely wouldn't expect I permanent ban for it. I only ever played normals with friends (700+ games) and only did my placements and a few other ranked games (~20 games), I had no reason to cheat, I only played for fun.

I submitted a ticket and all they said after a few replies is they are firm on their decision and are doing it because they can't "undo the fun other Summoners lost" or something. Never gave me evidence or a strong reasoning besides people did not have a positive experience.

well then you used some 3rd party programs. maybe something you think is legit? like custom skins? i dont know what programs arent allowed but yea there has to be something.
