A friend of mine has recently had his acount perma banned, without any prior bans or even chat restrictions. He doesnt afk too often, and he only been chat banned once or twice, so im curious if riot screwed up this time. In case it was a misshapp his user is drrobsta (thats his user to get into the client), and his in game user is The Swede. Id appreciate all the feedback possible. Thank you.

You should probably remove that. The main reason for having a login name that is potentially different from your ingame name is so it's more difficult to hack your account, or do things like requesting account recovery and the likes.
I mean, it's not as bad as teelling us his password, but still.
He deserves it.
Have him get in touch with Riot Support if he truly wants some help on that issue.
