Hello, My account got recently perma banned because of toxic behavior. I approve that i did flame and show toxic behavior but i really spend alot of time and money on this account and its kinda a shame that it goes to waist. Can i do anything about it? I pref having a forever chat ban. Im not a toxic person at all just had some bad days and was messing around with friends. So is there anything i can do ?
Unlikely. Behavioral permanent bans are issued only after Riot is convinced that you have no desire to change or you've displayed some extremely poor behavior. But either way, Riot is not likely to reverse a ban that wasn't given in error.

Open a support ticket if you feel you have reformed
Also the money you spent is meaningless 1 euro or 10000 euros gets you the same treatment
