Perma-Banned for using wooxy skin loader

I was using this SKIN loader called wooxy and the reason i was using this was to play yasuo as toon link and championship riven. This did not give me any advantage over my opponent nor did it do anything in my favor it just gave me a visual of a skin. It also changed splash art and all that...I got banned shortly after i downloaded championship riven and installed it on the skin loader and used it in a CUSTOM game. Permabanned.... I sent several support tickets and got the same response to each one. A scripted response by probably a bot. I spent over 500$ On this game and have been playing since season 3....I dont get why i have to be perma banned without the suspension being lifted as the support team said. I sent several links that said riot tolerates skin loaders but to a certain extent. I havent done anything wrong but still account suspension is not lifted. I wanted to create this topic because support doesnt help at all. And was also hoping to get the attention of a riot employee or Lomar himself who said "I'm not aware of any, but if you believe you ARE a legitimate case of being banned solely for modification of skins/splash art, send in a support ticket with specifics and reference me in the ticket. I can promise one of two things: a) it will be corrected; or b) you'll get a good explanation why it won't be." I am infact solely banned for skin mods and splash art. please correct this I care very much about my League account and would absolutely love to get my account back. I have put so much time effort and money into my league of legends account and was hoping to get to gold 5 this season....I had big dreams and i love the league of legends community, Alot better without all the toxicity Also just wanted to add in that this wooxy client was shown to me by the youtuber BroFresco. and is also my first offence with using these kind of skin changer things :/
