You could try rebinding the enter key so you can't open the chat in the first place, that might help.

If you are tilted the game before, go to a different game that you can cool off with. I go to Heroes of the Storm or Smite to cool off, personally, but you might need to find a different game.

Now, granted, it didn't work when Riot tried giving out permanent chat bans because a lot of those people would troll because they couldn't say what they wanted. If you think you might do that, this might not work for you, but it's worth a shot.

Well being talkative is fine but you have a problem if you feel like you must respond to every little thing in the book. if you must rage then do so at the screen and not in-game. This way you can let out your anger and frustrations without risk of having your account be punished. Alternatively if you know someone refuses to stop raging in the chat then just mute them, report them and move on without escalating the situation further than it already is. Now I know what you're thinking: "but what if they have something helpful to say?" Chances are they won't if they're constantly raging and flaming in the chat. At the very least you could mute them for a few minutes, unmute them later and then decide what to do after that.

All I can imagine that would help is to find some friends that you can queue with that aren't as toxic as you. Venting to them over vc might help. But honestly, after reading what you've posted here shows me that you have no self-control regardless. Maybe this is a sign you need to develop that trait outside of league.

You're too attached to the game. That's all it is.

Take a break for a couple of days. If you can't or make excuses as to why you shouldn't you make it all the more obvious that you're addicted to the game. I rarely ever tilt at a game and the solution is always to take a break from the game.

If you learn to play while tilted, you won't know how to play relaxed and you'll never have solid games. You'll also blame others for losses.
