Banning

Is there something like an IP ban in this game? If there isnt i think there should be, something that can prevent extremely toxic players to just make or buy new accounts and continue being a disease to the community. Its to easy to just make new accounts. I have played a game just now, and I was against a Janna top who is a Draven one trick. I havent seen someone so toxic in a long time. Literally typing for everything, even the smallest things and after the game told Camille who played in my team to end herself and admitted that he was banned on his account and just made a smurf. I was also a kinda toxic before but im trying to control my emotions.

Its stupid that such people can just make a new account and spread all that negativity and toxicity all over again, so I think there should be something like an IP ban if that can even work as I think it does. Btw, his name was rito gems xd, idk I just think thats a little ironic.
