I got Permabanned for being toxic ???

I was permabanned today for being toxic . Yes i was toxic in a series of games 3-4 i was on tilt and had lost all four of them . I am not in bronze 5 so no im no cancer kid sitting at the lowest elo inflicting corruption to league . I had actually started at b3 this season and managed to climb to silver by using and spreading my positivity and encouragement because yes i can see the difference in starting a game full of hatred vs starting a game with the right mind set . Im not gonna lie yes i was really toxic through out the last 3-4 games i played but shit happens to everyone . Everyone gets mad at a league game every once in a while and i could do with a chat ban and or suspension but to permaban me thats just way overboard ? Ive been playing on this account for 5-6 years and easily spent around 1500$ + on the game , and then i get perma banned for being toxic ? Why not ban feeders , cheaters , trolls and those type of people , why is it that if someones toxic they suffer the most (im not saying its right) but the the roots of toxicity come from other players who are trolling feeding and cheating . It is extremely frustrating for me i have recieved such a harsh punishment after spending so much money and time on league i only feel obliged to voice my opinion after this incident , im not constantly toxic , as i am able to climb and not stuck in elo hell so im not trying to say i spent money and time i should be immune to punishment but im not usually a toxic player however it happens to everyone sometimes and you should take into account the amount of punishments ive previously attained is because of my long play time , you would expect someone who drives a car for 20 years to have more tickets then someone who drives a car for 1 year , so they should be judged on a different basis . I hope my ban is appealed and a solution will be found . Thank you

EDIT : FOR EVERYONE WHO CANT SEEM TO UNDERTSTAND LIKE I STATED IM NOT TRYING TO USE THE EXCUSE OF MY MONEY MAKING ME IMMUNE BUT REALLY TO SHOW THAT THIS GAME IS SOMETHING I DO ENJOY AND SPEND ALLOT OF TIME AND MONEY INTO . MY INTENTION WASNT TO BE TOXIC WHEN ENTERING A GAME HOWEVER I WAS ON TILT AND TEMPERED FROM PREVIOUS GAMES AS I GOT TOO CARRIED AWAY , I REALISE THAT AND WOULD BE MUCH HAPPIER IF I GOT A BETTER SUITED PUNISHMENT LIKE CHAT BAN /SUSPENSION , BUT I DONT THINK ANYONE WHO MAKES THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID DESERVES A PERMA BAN

Edit 2 : Due to the increase and comments and questions i will be refuting and answering final remarks here .

  1. Why dont you post your chat log , how are we suppose to believe you ?

I am not pleading innocent , i am essentially asking for a less harsh punishment as i believe i dont deserve to be perma banned . I am not posting my chat log because it is embarrassing , and if i showed you it no doubt you would call me guilty as that is the only source of identification you have of me , so your image you have created of me will be negative for sure . On the other hand riot has that and everything elese through my 6 years of game play . From the time i started to the way i improved in my mind set , positivity and skill . No point in giving you one piece to a puzzle in which will create a false image , id rather give you nothing . In the end this is an appeal to riot .

In my entire 6 years of LoL not once have i come across a thread that explains thuruougly how the system of punishments work , maybe thats because its extremely faulty (there might be a thread but it wont be to my surprise if it was somewhere hidden) .I may have recieved a chat ban or 14 day suspension in the past 6 months but i dont remember it like it was recently . If i cant remember it trying to actually recall i definetly i wont remember if im in a heated conversation in a very intense mid league game . It would help if there was section on our account pages that showed us our current positions on severeness of punishments and offence ( anyone who played runescape before probably would now how this works as they had something similar ) as this would help me be aware and actually remember at some point " oh im really close to being banned i should really not be offensive or try to be more positive instead of swearing " . In no way am i trying to excuse myself but i still believe riot could to a better job here regardless of the outcome of my current account situations . It is what it is .

  1. It doesnt matter why you were toxic , you still were and you deserve a perma ban .

I think we can all agree someone who is toxic for fun all the time in every game deserves a harsher punishment then someone who is toxic for a short period of time possibly tilt , who has experienced afk team mates , feeders and trolls .

It wouldnt be fair for the two in my eyes to both receive a perm ban.

In the end it does matter , but that is for riot to consider not you guys so stop getting so technical .

Yes it happens and im not asking or expecting to walk away scot free i acknowledge what i have done is wrong i still do very much love this game and i have received a perma ban .

Allot of people wont understand the severity of the situation unless it happens to them , i spent six years playing this game dont expect me to go down easy .

I am asking for anything other than a permban ill do 300 games with chat ban anything i just want my account back ,

What a bunch of softies for real this game will suffer so much for its bullshit toxic policy , raging is gaming culture what you get perma banned for here on league no one bats an eye on other game hence why no other game has this bull shit player base problems where everyone is a baby .

Don't go on the internet if you can't handle someone talking shit, especially in a competitive multiplayer game. No one deserves to be banned from a game because someone is hypersensitive to some stranger's opinion of his shit tactics.

Yes, everyone can have a bad day and yes, you should be careful what you write. But i have witnessed that Riot doesn't have a real tribunal system and that they commit a fraud by doing so. Also Riot is not God and they cannot mistreat people, since they deliberately lead people to tilt by their total incompetence to fix the machmaking queue. My advice is, if you invested time and money in the game, seek out a lawyer and send Riot to court. This is an open to the public game, and that means that the general rules regarding protection of the users are applicable. I wouldn't let them escape so easily if i were you. Since they don't treat people with the same punishments and for the same reasons, they are pretty much guilty as well in my eyes. Plus, Riot is an irish company now, that means they are subject to EU regulations and it's pretty easy for you to sue them and also inform the district attorney of your region if you have benn bullied.
