Perma ban for this is litle too much. I could understand ban and perma mute. And this doesent even show the both side of the coin, there was reason why i acted like this.....

Here is the reason for your ban.

  1. You were already 14 day suspended
  2. You were toxic

Also, riot won't perma mute you, because it's your responsibility to not be a giant douchebag and act like a civilized adult.

Might feel harsh, but riot already told you they weren't going to tolerate any toxicity from you when they gave you your 14 day. After that you had to be a saint for several games and many months to even maybe drop a punishment tier. It feels unfair but you were warned for it.

The one thing you need to avoid is thinking you were banned "for this". "This" was not a single event, "this" was another case of your toxicity among several others. If you had never been banned before, "this" would not have gotten you a perma ban.

I can't image what it feels like to get a perma ban, I feel for you in that, but you had a warning. I hope other toxic players can learn that once you get a warning you need to be EXTRA sure you are not toxic in anyways. You are essentially on probation for a long time after your first temp ban. You no longer have the luxury of being kind of toxic like other players do. You need to drive the speed limit and not 1 MPH above or you lose your license.

You sound like you might be able to learn from this. I wish you luck on your next account.

had you bothered to actually read the 14 day ban notification, you'd know that after it expires ANY toxic comment, sign of harassment or toxic behaviour no matter how small or insignificant is a 1 way ticket to the permaban land

No. There are 4 steps: 10CR, 25CR, 14days, Perma.

You showed a behaviour, that is not welcome. So, you either change, or you go through all the steps (unless its really severe) and get a perma.

Below the message of your 14-day ban (in the client) it also stated cleary, that any future violation of the TOU could result in a perma ban.

If you didn't show any unwanted behaviour for a long time (several hundred games) you would go down on the punishment tier and receive a 14-day ban or a CR. I guess you didn't do that.

And it is possible to skip punishment tiers. Slurs or calls to self harm will get your account an immediate 14 day ban from nothing.

It is possible to skip tiers if you use racial insults, tell people to kill themselves etc. You either did stuff like that or it was a mistake; if you insist you got a 14-day ban for the usual toxic stuff, post those logs.

A CR is a chat restriction (3? messages per game, increases as time passes during game).

Only if you act out again. But it doesnt take a lot. I was banned for less, and I agree with my ban after some inner reflection.

Reform and try again on a new account.
