Got permabanned almost 6 hours ago and I still have yet to see what the reason was.

I'll admit that I received my second 14 day ban, but once that was over I wasn't even toxic towards anyone. Next thing you know, as soon as I hit platinum on this account I get hit with a permaban with no reason and have still yet to receive an email why I was banned. I'm not really sure what the point of permabanning if you're going to just leave me hanging on the reason why I was banned.

Edit: Apparently I was banned for chargeback, I need to pay off the 30 USD I charge backed in order to get my account unbanned

File a support ticket.

Check your spam box just in case and make sure the email you use is the correct one. Aside from that a support ticket is the way to go from here. Good luck with your results.

Wait until a full 24 hours have passed, and make sure the email didn't go to spam.

If after that time, you haven't gotten it, file a support ticket.

wait for email or ask support. But by admitting you had two 14-day bans, I assume you said something slightly toxic which escalated your punishment tier to permabanned. Just a guess though.

It could just be a freeze on the account if it was compromised. Send a ticket in

Update: Found the reason why it was banned. Apparently, my credit company charge backed 30 USD that I paid through Riot so now I have to pay that back. Thanks for the help everyone.
