Got permabanned almost 6 hours ago and I still have yet to see what the reason was.

I'll admit that I received my second 14 day ban, but once that was over I wasn't even toxic towards anyone. Next thing you know, as soon as I hit platinum on this account I get hit with a permaban with no reason and have still yet to receive an email why I was banned. I'm not really sure what the point of permabanning if you're going to just leave me hanging on the reason why I was banned.

Edit: Apparently I was banned for chargeback, I need to pay off the 30 USD I charge backed in order to get my account unbanned

File a support ticket.

Check your spam box just in case and make sure the email you use is the correct one. Aside from that a support ticket is the way to go from here. Good luck with your results.

Wait until a full 24 hours have passed, and make sure the email didn't go to spam.

If after that time, you haven't gotten it, file a support ticket.

That likely means it was a ban due to account compromise or similar issues. Contact support and verify ownership of the account and they will be able to help you.

If there wasn't a pop-up Reform Card with chat logs, then it wasn't a toxicity ban from the IFS. It might just be one of the security issues, which is easily resolved by submitting a ticket to support, as the others have suggested. Just be polite when you contact them, try to be patient, and don't bump your ticket as that automatically drops it to the end of the line.

wait for email or ask support. But by admitting you had two 14-day bans, I assume you said something slightly toxic which escalated your punishment tier to permabanned. Just a guess though.

Yes. My assumption is you called someone a jerk, or douchebag, or idiot, or whatever , something negative. That person reported you. Since you were already on thin ice because of your 14day ban, you're now permabanned.

It can take a day or so for support to get back to you, depending on the volume of tickets they are processing. With the season change happening, it's possible that they are a little busy right now. Just try to be patient, and don't bump your ticket. They will get back to you.

Update: Found the reason why it was banned. Apparently, my credit company charge backed 30 USD that I paid through Riot so now I have to pay that back. Thanks for the help everyone.
