Hello, For those of you who have played with me know how my attitude is. I am a toxic player, I flame people for a single thing and whenever a person says something to me that I don't appreciate, I buy 7 tears and troll. Yes I am admitting it and I need help. So I am at my second punishment in which we have 25 games chat restrictions I'm currently at 10. And after that it's gonna be two weeks ban then perma which I don't want. So I wanted some help to how to avoid getting toxic rage and other stuff, I also saw one post on NA board which some rioter spoke about how to avoid these which was 2 paragraphs of shit that didn't helped at all. So yea whoever see me in their team should not expect a good attitude thanks

Go into hot keys and disable your "push to type" button...usually <enter>.

That will force you to not be able to express your toxicity until you can learn to control it.

Every time you start a new match, the first thing you do should be /mute all

I have a few tips on how to not flame people!

  1. First of all, if you play a bad game, take a few minutes, maybe 30 minutes and walk around for a bit. Just relax for a bit so when the next game comes, you won't be irritated already.

  2. You should mute people if they are provoking you, and if they keep spam pinging you, set ping volume to 0 or mute the game. Remember that the worst thing to do if someone does that to you is to do it back to them.

  3. Remember that most people are trying their best! Don't be so quick to judge! Just relax when someone makes a mistake, don't let it affect your game too.

  4. If someone is actually trolling, don't go crazy about it. Just mute them and report them after the game!

I hope this helps!
