Leaverbuster has to be broken.

This has been happening for MONTHS now, so bear with me. Every now and then my league will crash for seemingly no reason. No biggie, puts me a bit behind but I can deal with it. But what happens is that the lords and saviors known as rito decides to give me leaverbuster for unwillingly leaving their game for about 5 minutes. This can be at the start of the game or the middle of the game. The only times where I don't get leaverbuster is when my team is about to win. They win and I get the glory of either carrying or getting carried. But every other time, I get it. At the start of the game, middle, about to lose, etc. This is extremely frustrating as I have reached the point of 20 minute queues. If I do bot games for those games then I waste about 3 and a half hours. This turns into about 4 and a half hours in actual games. This hurts my soul and my friends as well. I cant play with them because they would have to wait 20 extra minutes for every game and they don't have that kind of time, and neither do I. This also happens when my internet pops out existence for a split second. I have grown accustomed to it but this sort of system is what is making a lot of people start new accounts. But those people haven't spent hundreds on their account. They can make new accounts whenever they want to. I can't. If I leave this account that is basically wasting about $600 value worth of cosmetics. Rito, instead of making Pop stars to attract new players, you could fix your system to keep old players?

EDIT: This could also be my computer and League just doesn't mix well with it. What I want is to see if that is the case or if the system is just being stupid. Btw please don't argue over stuff in the comments when I just want to play the game more. T-T Sorry for the misleading title.
