I just had a lobby where a bot/jungle duo both troll picked (soraka jungle and rammus bot), both with ghost/cleanse. They didn't say anything, just instalocked their troll picks and I was forced to dodge. Is this reportable? If so how would I go about doing it? I did take a screenshot of the lobby before leaving.
Well u cant prove that they trolled until they troll. So reporting them would be pointless.
Picking off meta champs / summoner spells / runes or buying off meta items doesn't necessarily mean they're trolling. Unless they explicitly sat there telling you that they were going to int / troll, it isn't reportable, regardless of how awful their choices may have seemed to you.

And yes, I've actually done that in game. Although I did ask if it was OK with the players that I did before hand since its super off meta.
