Chat restriction

How the chat restriction works ? I mean I found some trolls which were feeding, at the beggining I just started to ask to stop, then gave tips but all 4 were feeding even harder. I was playing mundo support so the enemy team kept chasing me all the game long (Only ganking my lane) I ended with 4/1 so I didn't fed like them. The thing is that if you find alot of trollers which all 4 reports you for abusive language you will get a chat restriction. Riot will say as tip : don't give attention to them but the thing is that if they all feed and then go afk you'll be the only obe playing the game so 1vs5, im probably sure everyone here wouldn't like to play like this. I think that this system just became a great tool for trollers because it makes them able to put chat restriction on players who just want to play the game and im sad about this. Im my opinion if someone have an abusive language he must have a reason to speak like that and this is why those abusive language reports are maybe innapropriate due too people who can use them against non toxic players.
