I can't submit a support ticket about my account that should be unbanned by now.

I was banned for 2 weeks. I was set to be unbanned at 14:45 today. it is now 15:09 and the account is still banned. so I went to Riot support to submit a ticket inquiring about it, and it says my email is not verified, i checked my email and nothing is there. any thoughts? anything I can do?

The time is in PST, not your timezone. You still have an hour and a half to go.

Give it some time. They do use a different time zone for this. I just can't remember which one exactly.
