I was permanently banned after one game of toxicity. Is this possible?

Hey guys. FIrst board post hope this goes well. Like the title says i was perma banned after one game of toxicity with no previous chat bans or in game suspensions. Does anybody else have this experience?

What i did and said that game was 100% wrong and you can read my support ticket with the chat logs of my ban below. I just feel like it's unjustified to PERMA ban somebody with no previous records.

to be honest it's my first ban of any type (not counting afk bans). So i was really surprised. Sucks to lose all the thousands of hours put into this game.

oh yeah last thing. This is seriously like my first toxic game. Sure other games i've question marked spammed somebody for making a dumb play but never this toxic. if i get unbanned i guess i won't type again cheers.

Hello, Riot support. I was recently permanently banned. After One game of toxicity. (I will post the chat logs below.) I am aware. I was very toxic that game and treated my teammates and my friends unfairly. However, i was permanently banned without any previous suspensions or chat bans. I would like to know if this is possible. However, the teammate i was flaming the most, and i assume is why i was banned is on my friends list and we play together and talk on discord all the time Here's his account Laithsin. You can also see we have a lot of duo games.

As to give an excuse for why i was so toxic that one game. the Singed my friend. Role stealed my lane. So i was forced to play a weird duo support lane. Which is why i was flaming him in chat. Unexcusable

I was also flaming other teammates i apologise for that. it was uncalled for and unfair of me to act on emotions i had from outside and vent my anger into the game. this mistake will never happen again.

Yes you deserved it. You openly attacked another player and even told them to kill themselves. You even proceeded to admit you were trolling and said you'll never troll again if you win. The cherry on top is the ggez at the end. You're either a troll or wilfully ignorant to what you did wrong.

Plus, if this is was your first offense, you would have had 14 days, so either these were intense enough to warrant a perma, or you ignored your last warning.

This only warrants a perma if you had no previous offenses, you were extremely toxic, but this doesnt warrant a permaban, I'd give it 14 days personally.

Considering the consistency of toxicity required for a perma, this is a little unfair, but not completely undeserved

There's never been an immediate permaban. You should contact support if you have no prior penalties.

I have to say, it would surprise me to learn that this was your first punishment. That chat log is REALLY bad. I wouldn't expect somebody to jump from good standing to THAT level of toxicity without something bridging the gap.

I can't seem to look at your match history to confirm that, though.

I'd have to say due to the severity of the offense, you got escalated to an immediate permaban for several reasons. Telling people to commit suicide is NEVER okay ON ANY PLATFORM WHATSOEVER. You didn't do it just once, you did it several times. You are constantly negative in the entire game and quite frankly I'm glad I'll never have to play a game with you ever. Especially with the attitude you had all game long. You type far more than you really needed to compared to actually playing the game. You admit to your own trolling because others are trolling or inting. Two wrongs never make a right and I don't see how you didn't learn that growing up.

All in all, you really deserved this as the severity showed that you are most likely willing to do it again instead of taking the licks until the victory/loss screen and detilt yourself.

If you had done this after a 14-day ban, it would have definitely earned you a permaban. Otherwise, it should have given you a 14-day ban. As far as I know, it shouldn't have jumped you straight to a permaban from nothing. A support ticket might clear this up.

However, even if you somehow manage to get the punishment scaled back, just a little more of this kind of behavior will put you right back into permaban mode.

All you gotta do is submit a ticket ask them politely and tell them you will never do it again and don't repeat or risk a life ban?

Usually, they will give a chance.
