When is Riot Games gonna make the LeaverBuster System less punishable

So I know that all of you guys may experience the LeaverBuster System and I've come here today to show you why the LeaverBuster System should be in a way less punishable. I am aware that Riot Games does implemented this in the game to keep the afkers or the disconnecters out of the way to keep the match fun. Now I've been playing league in 2014 and find the game to be a blast when I was about 10-11 years old I just loved the champs that was in the game and how there was so much things to do. Until about one day I had to do something or go somewhere that would either to leave me afk or forced to leave the game depending on the scenario I was in. After doing 2 times or so I get a notification after game stating that I would not leave the game or afk more than 3 minutes or else that would put me in the LeaverBuster System which was a time limit before you can go into queue. When I was notified of this I tried my best to find times that I can spend playing the game without being interrupted, but after a while that didn't go to plan with me being young and doing things around the house or going somewhere where it got to the point where I had no choice but to be put in the LeaverBuster System. I was very aggravated and stressed out about this but dealed with it. Being on the LeaverBuster System for the first time had me left to wait 5 min as time went by it added and added five more until it reached the max of 20 which in the time being had me left in. Waiting for 20 min is very time consuming and wasteful of people trying to get at least a game or 2 done before whatever that got to do and just overall sucks. I'm pretty sure that most of the community can agree with this statement and Riot Games need to do something about this. Having to wait 20 min for 5 games is 100 min or an 1 hour in 40 min to be precise added with the time in games that take about an 1 hour or less possibly more . With this in mind it takes even more time of getting out the LeaverBuster System. I am very passionate about Riot Games responding this discussion within a day or 2 of there view points and what there going to do. I am sure that they do have other things to do such as new skins and reworks but this has been a problem for such a long time and nothing has been done to fix this what so ever and is getting very annoying. Things that Riot Games can do with League's LeaverBuster System is at least make the punish less punishable, this can be accomplished by splitting the max time to 10 instead or 20. This would make the game 10 times better than it already is and hope that the community can all agree on this. Riot Games and Community thank you taking some time out of your lives to read this very long rant about the LeaverBuster System. Please do show some feedback of what you think about this idea . I am very hoping that Riot Games does get this message and soon enough also give me a feedback about what they think of this idea whether it should be implemented in this game.

Being left to an unfair numbers disadvantage (4v5 or worse) is one of the most frustrating experiences you can have in a competitive game, as the odds of winning drop astronomically.

Life happens, sometimes you just have to get up and leave without notice, or maybe the power goes out; Riot does not give you a 20 minute timer for that. Instead, you start by only getting a notification that informs you of the penalties for continuing to leave your matches. Then, more leaving results in a 5 minute Low Priority Queue (LPQ) timer for 5 games, and continuing to leave increases this by 5 minutes each time up to 20 minutes; basically, it actually requires you to ruin the game for a lot of people to incur this severe penalty (which to me is not severe at all).

You can improve your Leaver Status by not leaving many games, so that when it's absolutely unavoidable you incur a low or even no penalty.

If you are having schedule issues, such as school, work, appointments etc. please queue up with ample time to complete a full match, at least an hour for a standard SR match and 30-45 minutes for shorter modes (though some will say shorter, long matches can and do happen).

If you are having technical issues with the game please visit the Help & Support board for assistance so we can get you back in the game without worry of another crash and LPQ. If you are having other issues that are entirely out of your control but are frequent, that shouldn't be a punishment for your allies, and sometimes you're just going to have to decide that you can't play the game right now.

As long as you do not leave too frequently then the infrequent and unforeseeable issues of life will not result in such a long penalty for you. To read more about the Leaver Buster system read here; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752714-LeaverBuster-FAQ

The idea is that the punishment is annoying enough that they will not leave games anymore. It's not meant to be "convenient" for the leaver. One person leaving games wastes the time of 9 other people.

I don't think it's a good idea to share personal information, such as an email, on the boards.

The expectation is that you only start a game of League when you know you can finish the game. Emergencies happen, but you need to exercise as much control as you can over the time you put aside to play the game.

If you're not 100% sure that you don't need to go somewhere, or your parents won't need you to do something for them, or whatever other situations are popping up for you... then don't start a game. Anything less than that is unfair to your teammates.

I've left a total of three games ever: One due to a sudden hurricane warning causing my building to be evacuated, one due to a massive thunderstorm knocking power out of my block, and one due to my computer randomly restarting for an update in the middle of a game. I've never started a game with school/work in the near future, or with impending plans.

You get punished if you time out for a few seconds in a game. Time out 5 times in 2 days for a few seconds each one counts as an afk and goes towards your leaverbuster penalty.
