Jo0o4 votesYou can try a support ticket to ask for leniency, but usually a 20-minute penalty would only happen if you have a fairly bad history with leaving games. You don't get that penalty for just one leave.
ModPeriscope3 votesYou have to accrue quite a few afks or disconnects to get up to the twenty minute queue. I'd recommend contacting support or heading over to the help and support board to fix your issue.
FabioKun2 votesi dont remember in leaving any other games in a looong while

This is not true. If you decline 2 matches in queue check, then dodge/get error you get 5 minutes, the second time is 30 minutes.

If you got hit with a 20 min leavebuster then you are leaving WAY WAY WAY WAY too often.
Stop leaving, stop afking, and if you're having internet or computer troubles, don't queue till they are fixed.
