This event happened in 4/19/2019: I was in a game with an anivia who was trolling, being toxic and probably inting. In the early game I to told him to back away because the jungler might gank. He ended up dying and I said "Told you", he responded with "KYS". Mid and late game, the anivia took all my camps without reason, which I didn't really bother or say anything. I said a few words like "trash", "this anivia is mad" and "honestly im more concerned about anivia", but it wasnt as worse as his insults. He told me and our support to kill ourselves, I don't know how I got a suspension from that but not him. He trolled, he was way toxic than I was, he couldn't take advises, and he was probably inting. I don't really know why I got the punishment. The words I said was minor (unless you are sensitive and you take everything as offense) His words were death threats.

Rito if you could atleast look at these reports or lower the suspension it would be great. It's pretty frustrating to get the punishment when he said worse things.

Here is some useful advice, don't repeat stupid shit. Go submit a support ticket and they may reduce the penalty to a chat restriction or whatever punishment step you are at. Maybe they will remove completely.

it's an automated system that looks for keywords please how do you guys still not realize that rioters rarely look at these cases

Eh.. don't go repeating Zero Tolerance phrases.

Submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us and ask if they can reduce your punishment. But it all depends on your behavioral history.

Yeah if certain words are flagged.....best not to even repeat what someone said. tell them they will be reported and leave it at that. when you fight back you get burned too.
