my account has apparently been suspended and they tell me that they sent a email to me with more information, but when i check my email, i see the last email i had gotten was a email thanking me for purchasing RP.
Make a Support Ticket, ask them what's going on. There are instances where Riot issues bans when they think an account has been compromised, and the ban is a way to lock it down until the rightful owner gets back.
Yes, if your account got compromised Riot will ban it until it is back in the right hands. Send a support ticket in to their help site. Best of luck to you!
