Do you get banned for saying anything?

Sup fam, first post op, so I've had about 7 skirt accounts perma banned, not sure maybe 8, I was pretty toxic to be honest, but i got a lot better, and I know that on my first 5 surf accounts, I deserved those bans, But after that I seriously don't understand how I'm getting these accounts banned, I'm not flaming them or calling them bad, I try to help and give them advice, and they end up flaming me most of the time, or when I say "please stop feeding, be safer" is that toxic? Is it toxic to say "stop throwing", and even if that is what is considered "toxic" I'm not sure if it was on this account or another but I had received a two week ban, and the first day I got off the ban I played a game with a pre made trio, one of them was feeding really hard and all I said was "be safer pls" and they kept telling me to shut up and kill my self, and i ignored, I mean they were "toxic" in pregame lobby as well, all I said was in beginning of game "I'm on a team That has a 3 man pre made, pls care if they say to report" lol is that toxic at all? Like wtf I got perma banned for that

Btw even when I did "flame" teammates, they were trolling, and I never said anything crazy like go kill yourself or hope your family dies like everyone else doe, I just tell them to go play norms, or learn how to play that champ,

Idk why I wrote so much kind of went no where with this, but basically can you get banned for saying anything that isn't strategy related in the game? Like can I only say "drag in 5" or "mid f" And that's it?

What's the point of all chat for the duration of the whole game if you can trash talk a bit? Not saying I do that anymore but I used to be one of those guys that would get ganked and get a double kill and say "rekt" or "ty" or even "ez" Lolol I mean it's a part of competitive games,

I think this account was on me of the ones I was actually toxic in not sure tbh
