Being perma banned for flaming at a person who flamed me first

I was perma banned for flaming at a player who flamed at me first. I was playing my lane and had to go reset to purchase items. My jgler thought it was a good idea to gank a lane when i'm not there, so since i wasn't there he flames me and like all other players, they would either 1. Flame back, or 2. play stupid with them. Being the person i am i flamed back bc first of all "why are u flaming me when i wasn't in lane?". His first gank, i let go, but then he starts to ping me and flame me which makes me annoyed. I mute him, and all he did was ping me all game. So i get accused of flaming for the whole game when he flamed me the entire game. It does not make sense for me to get banned for flaming at an individual if he flamed me first. in what way does it seem right to ban a player who was flaming at someone who flamed at them first ? Literally almost everyone is toxic in the game, and most of the players either don't get banned, or get away with it which does not make sense. I admit for calling him a F'ing dumbass, but what can u do when he ints and feeds ur laner, and then flames on you for no apparent reason. Muting doesnt help because then he can continuously ping you. After my 14 day ban, Ive said nothing until yesterday when a player ints in my game and then flames me for no reason.
