Riot employees read this.

My account was just banned for "using 3rd party software" and I have never once used any sort of cheat for this game. I want some Riot member who actually believes in doing the right thing to help me sort this out. I have already contacted support, but I know how little help they are. This could very well be a bug with the system because of the new season. Unless Plays.tv or curse voice count as a malicious 3rd party program, I would like to know which 3rd party program I am accused of using. I am a long time player and deserve the facts and not just an email saying I have been banned, expecially for something I am innocent of.
