I have been permenantly suspended with no information as to why?

I was playing league and have never been toxic before. I got a 10 game chat ban as I was feeling low recently. I deserved it, all good. Before I could finish my games however I was permabanned? I was not toxic. I cant even log into the account and see the chat logs and it says I got an email, but I did not. There must be some type of mistake or confusion. I used to play in Saudi but moved to America last week. Could that be the problem or something? Please help me. I sent a ticket to support but have not gotten any response.

Make sure the correct email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings. If it's something you don't recognize then your account was compromised! If it's correct then make sure your email didn't send Riot's messages to the spam folder, and if it was never verified make sure you do that (though I'm pretty sure you have to verify before you can access player support).

If your account was compromised you'll have to submit an account recovery ticket, and refer to this article for more information.

Other than that, please try to be patient with your ticket. It may take a few days to get a response, depending on ticket backlog. Don't bump your ticket if you don't have to, because it will be pushed to the back of the queue each time and take longer, and don't submit multiple tickets for the same issue either.

Does the message when you log in tell you the ban year? For special perma-bans, that usually indicates what the ban is for. Such as suspected compromised account, or suspected boosting.

They often do this as a protective measure in some instances to prevent unauthorized access. If you submit a ticket to support, they will most likely ask you a series of questions to validate that you are the actual owner, then request that you change your account password.
