WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE?
How does riot expect me to keep playing when i know i am better then the ranks i am given, but can not get anywhere because of the players that are continually allowed to "troll" matches?

PROVE IT.
And you can get off the "I hate trolls" bandwagon because none of us enjoy them either. But until we report them in to oblivion, they'll stay here.
First off, wrong section, second off, you are bronze 5, if you can't get out of bronze five, you deserve to be there.
If you are better than the rank you are given, then you will easily climb.
