I get the idea of the /remake option but sometimes people have internet problems at the start of the game. Its not all the time but sometimes. I got the /remake punishment before because someone on our team didn't trade their champs. I volunteered to afk since no one else did and i was OK with it. This time though, I lost connection when loading in. At first i thought it was fine but it wouldn't let me connect back in for the amount of time it takes just to remake the game. Well, when I reconnected I found out they remade the game and i was punished for it. I now have 20 minutes before each game of low priority queue. Is there anyway way that I can get rid of this because of my case or am i going to have to wait all 5 games?

It sucks that this happened to you on a game where you had a connection error, but there's no way for you to get rid of it. The fact that you have the 20 minute wait time shows that you have left/disconnected from a lot of games, as that isn't given out as a first punishment. It's your responsibility to have a stable enough connection to play the game, and if a large amount of the leaves that contributed to this punishment are due to connection issues, then it's up to you to find a solution for it.

Actually no. the reason why i have the 20 minute wait time is because its the punishment from the remake. If you also read what i said on the post. I left one game so my team could remake because 2 of our teammates didn't swap champions. Thats the reason why i have the 20 minute wait time because of the previous remake. Last time i ever had low priority queue from leaving to many games, instead of getting remake punishment, was probably like a half a year ago.

Well, it's a combination of leaving/disconnecting too many times in the past as well as being flagged as the "leaver" in a remake. The LPQ punishment you get from a remake is the exact same punishment you would get from leaving/disconnecting in the middle of a game. This is because if you are that leaver (or one of them if there are multiple), then you get flagged by the Leaverbuster system, the same as if you had left/disconnected from a game that was fully completed. Getting flagged in any way by Leaverbuster will add up and contribute to a LPQ punishment. You received the punishment because you have been getting flagged too many times by Leaverbuster.
