I get the idea of the /remake option but sometimes people have internet problems at the start of the game. Its not all the time but sometimes. I got the /remake punishment before because someone on our team didn't trade their champs. I volunteered to afk since no one else did and i was OK with it. This time though, I lost connection when loading in. At first i thought it was fine but it wouldn't let me connect back in for the amount of time it takes just to remake the game. Well, when I reconnected I found out they remade the game and i was punished for it. I now have 20 minutes before each game of low priority queue. Is there anyway way that I can get rid of this because of my case or am i going to have to wait all 5 games?

It sucks that this happened to you on a game where you had a connection error, but there's no way for you to get rid of it. The fact that you have the 20 minute wait time shows that you have left/disconnected from a lot of games, as that isn't given out as a first punishment. It's your responsibility to have a stable enough connection to play the game, and if a large amount of the leaves that contributed to this punishment are due to connection issues, then it's up to you to find a solution for it.
