Please help fix the "Remake" mentality

I have experience a few games where an duos and some times teams of 4 people log in to rank matches only to realize that their connection is hella bad and don't wish to play that way so they ask the team to do a remake (prior to the 3 minute mark) knowing quite well that its no longer possible once they have all been registered in the game. I know that I`m not the only player experiencing this so I would like riot to ad a penalty or a way out of these horrible game situations.
