Instant Feedback..?

Is there any way of checking whether a player got punished? Because I sure didn't get an "Instant Feedback Report" or anything of that sort. I'm not trying to report a player, just seeing if I didn't get an instant feedback, would they still be banned?

(Backstory) I had been harassed by two players on my team, Ashe bashing on me for her mistakes, and a Kayn calling me a r%%%%% 4 separate times. I kept my cool and didn't flame, only trying to encourage them to keep playing and that we had a chance of winning. Ashe just said that I gave up apparently and the Kayn called me a r%%%%% again. (Backstory)

Sorry, I'm just really confused about this since I was suspended for calling people lower tier, but they might get away for calling me a r%%%%%.

Yes it's possible for them to be punished and you don't know about it.

As you know, the reform card only shows 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior. At the same time, if those games you reported the player shows up in the reform card, you will get a punishment notification.

If the game you reported them doesn't show in the reform card (could be past the "recent" timeframe, could be the system chose other games to display), you will never know when someone got punished.

Punishments are based on consistency and severity. If the player has one bad game and lets that sort of insult fly, it may not result in a punishment if their other games are examples of good behavior.

Your punishment was based on your display of poor behavior over multiple games, and while each individual game may have been less severe than this person who said that to you, overall the consistency and severity of your behavior was more than theirs.

I know some people check the player's op.gg to see if they are still playing after they reported, but other than this (highly unreliable) method, I don't think you can check.

I reported many people for pretty bad flaming, and I only received an instant feedback report once. It kinda sucks.
