Hello,

So i just recieved a 14 day temp ban after 1 game in which I know for a fact i was not toxic at all

Game 1 Pre-Game ancient evil: tf jg prettty spicy In-Game ancient evil: bye - said bye to the enemy gragas ancient evil: no sums top - ancient evil: nvm - not toxic at all ancient evil: i guess ill get camped rip ancient evil: 0 ganks so far ancient evil: enjoy the repor ancient evil: yep ancient evil: refusing to help ancient evil: good gank ancient evil: ? ancient evil: likewise ancient evil: griefing jg ancient evil: not really kid ancient evil: i asked for help and u refused ancient evil: so enjoy ancient evil: muted/reported cya ancient evil: toxic premades ancient evil: lmfao im trying to get farm and they keep harrassing me lol ancient evil: honestly dc if u report me cause i got chatlogs on my side ancient evil: whats wrong with u? im clearing the supers ancient evil: i dont understand tf im clearing out the supers at top and hes pinging me Post-Game ancient evil: beyond toxic tf ancient evil: trying to help and you still harrassed me lmao ancient evil: also submit it to riot

Yes i did complain about not getting any ganks and was called "%%%%%%" multiple times by the twisted fater jg and told to "stfu" other then me complaining once I do not get how this is toxic at all. afterwards i did mute him its funny how he can throw slurs at me and get away with it when i did nothing wrong here. I would love an explanation in how what i said is toxic. As i said im reporting him and gave him the reason why cause he asked.

^ Your were kind of harassing back, like it or not. Riot has a zero tolerance policy so it doesn't matter who started what, if you're part of it, you reap the punishments of it. I'm very guilty of this a lot. If you think something needs to be reported, report them afterwards. Nothing is gained by telling someone you're gonna report them.

Either way, if you have this kind of approach in multiple games, the reports are gonna stack up and end up in a punishment because it is being toxic.

Calling someone a kid, announcing mute, threatening to report,

0 gank, good gank, enjoy the report. - You on some drugs? Massive mood swing or was that sarcasm. lol

I don't know if this is a one-off, you might get away, but if these kinda game talks are consistent throughout, then this ban is a warning.

This is not about other people's chat or how other people acted, it is about how you responded. I'm guessing staying cool and just play on was not in your decks.

So you honestly got toxic yourself after you harassed your teammates. It's been said already, but I figure I can give you some advice. Even when life sucks terribly and there flying teemos in your sights, respond with the best answer of all: Silence. Examples "Random Jerk": No Ganks for you because you suck! You: 'Silent' "Random Jerk": Stop being stupid you dummy! You: 'Silent' "Random Jerk": Gee, you must be a loser IRL too. You: 'Silent'

Saying nothing will definitely piss them off, but not any more than responding with an angry comment of your own. Itll also guarantee no punishment for harrassment or toxicity. I know it's hard to hold in your passion, but when you do you are rewarded for it.

You reported your jungler for not ganking for you, and then made sure you let him know that. That's not ok. You were using the threat of a report as a tool for harassment.

Wow if this is considered being toxic people must get offended quite easily. Guess I'll have to just not talk cause it seems like people will get angry even if I say "hi" and scream toxic.

People feelings get hurt so fast lmfao.

Idk if mods lock posts but if they do go ahead learned how soft the community is.

Riot has the strong believe that people play worse when titlted. Riot also rightfully assumes that people get titled when they get annoyed or straight up harassed. Therefore, doing your best to annoy or harass players and you definatly, at least, annoyed everyone.

You basicly abused the chat to make your own team play worse.

I know this sounds ridiculous -- but you should ask yourself if you would talk to a co-worker/family member that way. If the answer is no then you probably shouldn't do it.

What they say does not justify your behavior as your retaliation just helps ruin everyone else's experience.

I never trust an edited chat log. However, i can at least point out what Riot would consider toxic for you. Might help to keep your account safe in the future. It was the little squabble you had with the person you accused of griefing. You told him you were gonna report him, called him kid, called him a griefer, called them toxic premades, said muted/reported cya. All antagonizing shit that had no reason to be said in chat. Chat is for strategy and teamwork. Not accusations, threats and insults.

And im just the messenger, so dont get mad at me. I didnt make these rules that police human interaction. I think its assanine.

I notice a lot of these kind of posts while relatively mild as far as toxic behavior can be defined as, all share the similarity of said poster being punished if they are having extended arguments or behave as such throughout the game.
