So I got put on hold for 5 games times 20 min queue without even afk'ing or leaving a game. That's nice. I've literally spent hundreds of dollars on this game, which doesn't even seem to have a clue when people afk or leave. I hate afk's as much as anyone else, but in this instance I literally didn't do anything wrong and still got hit with a 5x20 mins queue delay. Great, let me think if I'll keep spending my money on this crap.

And oh, did I mention that my client often crashes during champ select, incurring penalties? It just quits. Crashes. Bails. For no reason at all. If you can't get your platform right, don't expect customers to pay. (And you do, it's all bullshit about 'you don't have to pay anything,' who are you kidding.)

So, in essence you are leaving muliple games. There's no reliable way to distinguish a crash from a voluntary leave (people can just turn off the computer, after all) so every time you crash in champ select it gets logged as a leave.
Most peoples' computers don't crash randomly during champ select, meaning this is a problem with your computer. I suggest you open a ticket with Riot's support and see if they can help you figure out what's wrong and fix it.

Honestly its your choice to spend your allowance on RP even when you know your computer crashes, so stop spending on RP and save up for a better computer or internet service provider.
