Im a scrub and im not allowed to be silver 5 if i have over 400 rank game guess i need to get baned

having a bad game happends to everyone no? well i just got a normal game where i had to get use to a new play style on talon cause of the new update couldint find crystaline flash so i had to be more agressive with my basic and couldint spam my W as much was vs yasuo and had a hard time ended up feeding him cause i could not deal with his dash well and he kill me easy. then the yi in my game sayed i should be banned for being unskilled cause im only silver 5 after over 400 rank games. I know that im not good and im not trying new champ in rank i try them in normals. But i guess no mather what you need to play this game in full competitive mode cause it seems you are not allowed to play thing game for fun in normals anymore. well i know writing here is not the best but after a game like that where a player put you on tilt and start pissing you off you need to vent a little so i though writing some thing here could help me a little. And i guess trying fun stuff like poppy support will not be happening anymore with how the community is becomming
