[1] If you'd like a Riot assistance with any matter, it might be best to submit a ticket to Riot Games Player Support detailing any concerns or issues you're having. Be aware, however, that behavior suspensions are rarely reversed, unless they are done in error. As elduris mentioned, you are responsible for the security of your account, as well as any actions that are done with/from your account.
[2] The amount of money that you spend on the game is irrelevant and does not justify any negative behavior from your account. It also does not entitle any player for a more lenient punishment. Riot values their fans and customers by removing negative and toxic players from the game, as I believe is the case here.
