Tribunal Gone for Good?

I'm not sure if anyone even remembers this system. Giving the community a way to punish those who are detrimental to the game seemed to be working. It also took a part of the work load off of Riot's back. Is this still up or has it gotten buried under all of the other paperwork collecting dust somewhere?

It's been gone for a long time. It's not coming back, mostly because it was really slow.

No, it didn't work. It took months for people to get punished after the bad behavior occurred.
