Leaver buster improvements.

Something I have noticed about leaver buster as a player is that, It is a bit too intolerant of players and should be adjusted to fit certain circumstances. A player can play 30 games fine with no leaves but if there is a connection problem in the area or something of dire emergency comes up with the player and they leave 2 games within a 5 game span they are given a que timer. Yes many to almost all players know the rules of leaving a game and how it may affect the out come and teammates but, the leaver buster program is still very potent for no good reason. As a player who lives in a area where connection can go out randomly any day, week, or month, it is impossible to say that I should I control over the situation or other players with the same. Now to address fair and quite frankly the best possibility for leaver busters that will not only make the system better for all players while still keeping its purpose and stature. Leaver buster should run on a system where players depending on the frequency of there leaves should have a timer adjusted I beilve after certain amounts of games played and stayed after buster should influence the time they get when the situation occurs and they receave a leaver bust. Say a player gets a timer then after those 5 games the player plays about 30 games with no issues the timer after that should be around 5 mins because, that indicates the player isn't just leaving for no reason. they are more than likely having a major incident out of there control and the game shouldn't punish players like that the same way they do to players who just don't feel like playing anymore or are leaving because they made a mistake in game or in real life. I am open to discussion about the system but I beilive this is something that will make the league community better as a whole. final tought players that ARE constantly reported for leaving should get even longer timers then 20 mins. {{summoner:2}}
