How do I stop flaming people
Uh yea. I struggle with not insulting people who do bad because it prevents me from learning how to improve myself.

You know how you talk to you team by pressing enter?
Don't do that.
if u ever try to get a gf, think about how she would see you as a person. you wouldnt want her to see you as a toxic flamer
Look for positive things your teammates do.
Thank your jungler for ganking, tell your ADC good job on a double kill, etc.
Looking for positives makes the mistakes less noticeable and easier to ignore.
Mute chat
The easiest way I've dealt with it is saying things out loud but not typing in chat. It still works as an outlet for me and I don't tilt my teammates in the process.
Remove your spine from your body, and ignore every baser emotion possible. You know that guy who steps in front of you inline, cuts you off in traffic, and is rude in general? Riot wants you to ignore that guy- actually Rito wants you to be nice to that guy.
There's a childhood mantra I'm sure we've all heard at some point.
"If you've nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all."
At the end of the day, League of Legends is just a game that people play for different reasons. Someone could be having a bad day (not just in game) and it affects their game play. Some people might only play this a couple times a week and aren't as practiced as people who swear by the game. The last thing someone needs is to be demoralized by someone who is condescending. I know that there was once a time I was on the biggest losing streak ever and all it took was one person, a few games in, to set me off. It took everything I had to literally not scream at my screen. Like, I know I'm already doing bad, and you providing nothing positive isn't helping.
My best advice to you is to not say anything at all if someone is doing bad. If someone is inting, however, simply say nothing and report them at the end of the game. You don't know the lives of the people you intend to flame and that is the number one thing people forget when playing. I am somewhat of a self-reformed player. I never received a ban for toxicity, but I have been toxic. Over the years I've started to care less about the outcomes of my games mainly because I now play this as a leisurely activity as opposed to a competitive one and as such have a lot more patience for other players. I've even gone so far as to mute all chat so I'm not as tempted to return to a life of toxicity.
Internalize the reality that a video game isn't worth getting angry at people over.
I've had a string of bad teammates lately. I'm not above complaining about it with my friends. But all that flaming them would have accomplished is getting myself chat restricted and pissing people off. They may suck at League, but that doesn't make them bad people.
Looking at your match history, you are the one doing bad most of the time, all your games are mostly losses and your kda is negative 90% of the time. So what the f are you even thinking flaming your team for doing bad when you yourself are doing bad most of the time.........................................................
Imagine that your team mates are bots that will kind of do their role, sometimes will lose and sometimes will win. Remind yourself every 5 minutes that you'll lose 50% of the times, but what matters is that you do your part as best as you can
