so 2 months ago my lol account has been hacked no after 2 months i maneged to get my email back and with it my account,only to find out that the hacker got the account perma banned for being super toxic in this one game. now i been playing this account for 4 years and i wanted to ask here if there is any way to cancel the ban and bring my account back i mean i spand 300$ on this account and 4 years and I really want it back i dont deserve this its been hard enough already that the account has been hacked but until i meneged to get her back i got this ban its really driving me crazy can anyone pls help me beacuse the support of riot just ignore's me so pls if you know how to cancel it pls help me. thank you

Send a Support ticket to Riot and see if they can help you resolve this (providing proof that it was someone else that was on your account and not you when it happened), but to be frank with you, the chances of you getting your account back are slim without any solid proof, because it was your responsibility to keep your account as safe as possible to prevent situations such as that from happening. Riot doesn't care about how much money you invested into the game and how much time you have spent playing it, if you (in this, your account) committed serious violations and breaches to their rules and conducts, you aren't protected from punishment or receive any lesser punishment because you invested time and money into the game.

thanks for the help. but when i was in the support page i didnt find any tiket subject that fit to my kind of problam. so maybe you know what subject should i say beacuse if i say retrive account its just in case of hacked and not fit to me. now what kind of proof can i bring i mean he just hacked the email and changed the password for the account and the email password

Unfortunately, if they just hacked the email and changed the password for the account, the only way you could prove yourself of any wrong doing, would be having contacting them earlier about it, before the breach of rules of conduct happened (which is most likely not the case, as you contacted assistance after those acts were done).

I personally don't know which category your situation would fit in, as this never happened to me, but I would think it would fall under the category of trying to recover your account (from being perma-banned), if you attempt to make your case. However, as I mentioned before, your chances aren't great, since your email getting hacked is outside the boundaries of Riot and fall under your responsibility.

That's not really true. Riot has various ways to tell when a different person is using an account. Doesn't really matter through what means they obtained it. Also, during the account recovery process, they'll ask for very specific information about the account that would only be known to the original owner (things like account age or first champion played or purchased, among other things).

That process can truly prove that the person trying to recover the account is theirs, as such specific questions are hard to answer correctly (I don't even remember what my first champion played or purchased was, been way too long since then), but the problem I think would be, is if you mentioned to them that you weren't in control of your account, before those violations, as if they weren't aware, it is fair assumption that whoever was playing that account at the time was the creator of it.
