Lower priority queue

It has been months since I've played until the other day. I am on the lower priority queue because I must have abandoned some games back then. I am all for leaverbuster and punishing that kind of thing. However, I think the lower priority queue is somewhat extreme. I think it should be similar to other games where it is a simple timeout. Currently, I have 5 games in lower priority where I have to wait 10 minutes before each game, but I have to absolutely make sure I'm at my monitor when the 10 minutes elapses because if I miss the "join game" period then I have to wait the whole 10 minutes again. Another instance, I had first pick, completed my pick, then went to the bathroom, came back and someone had dodged and I missed the join game period and I had to wait 10 minutes again. In my opinion, this is a little overkill. I would suggest just having a normal "timeout" where the person has to wait a certain amount of time before each game and then can queue whenever they like. Like I said, I'm all for punishing individuals who leave, but I think expecting people to be glued to their monitor to avoid the risk of waiting another 10 minutes or multiple 10 minute sessions is a little extreme.
