Players Using Bots?

I mostly play ARAM and Intermediate Co Op vs AI, and every couple games I'll get players that will follow minions and move in the same path without attacking champions the entire game. At first I thought they were just new so I ignored it, but then I had 3 of them in the same game moving in the same path as each other the whole game. If enemy champions were near, all 3 of them would turret dive at the same time, not attack even once, then run back to allied turret, doing this the entire game...

Last game my teammate Maokai was getting really angry because he was saying 2 bots (on our team) were running into his turret over and over and not attacking at all. He started saying he would report and etc, then suddenly 2 of them disconnect, come back to lane and start playing way better, perfectly timing ults and flash, when before they weren't using abilities at all.
