For your reading pleasure. My LoL story. (in a nutshell with missing stuff i'm sure.) Thank you.

Whether or not you believe that I was, and still am a peaceful soul of a gamer, is irrelevant. Yes? You can see what i'm capable of in those moments when we are angry. And thats all that matters to you right now because thats all the "report" system deals with. But I have always been a nice person people gravitated to especially in mmo. (a game type that seems to be dieing now.). Play on skype with me we will have a good time.

I'll tell you honestly. I have lacked closure with this game because of my lost money. I want my money back. When I was banned as part of the greatest purge of "toxic players" at the end of 2014.(i played that account for 2 years.) I said to riot in emails.(after a very long dialogue of what the fuck is this? type feeling). "Fine. If you really want me gone like this. Then please refund me my unused riot points. And we can part ways nicely. Please and thank you.". Is that not reasonable? That is a beautiful compromise if you ask me.

There is no phone number to talk to someone. The number for the building they work out of in LA. A women picks up and doesn't just cockblock you. She gets irritated that your wasting her time with normal questions like "what do you mean there is nobody there to talk to? What is this number for? Is there another phone number you can transfer me to? Why is there nobody to talk to about this your whole company and building is about the game I play? Can I please speak to your boss? Is there anyone else I can speak to? Miss I have over 400$ invested in your game I would like to speak to someone?"

Emails handled to the same effect. I had a few even say "even if I did want to help you i don't have the authority. and no i'm not going to let you talk to that person with authority." jist of it.

The Glory of Freemium. All customer dialogue is handled through email now. We are.....all......strangers. And by the glory of all that is youthful indiscretion, any and all money invested in....online content....is hereby forfeit. Your mistake if the need to regret or fight for it arises? Your fault. Our money.

Its not just the hiding behind terms of service. Its the idea that i'm a problem and irritating them. Instead of them irritating me because they just fucked me out of 400$ and have no incentive to do right by me.

You have to realize how much more important things are that touch your real life, compared to in game things like "toxicity".

If your actually sitting and reading things thinking, he deserves it, or she deserves it and not him. You are not seeing the big picture. Good fundamentals and regulations for the dialogues between customer/company, and customer/customers would overcompensate for all the social issues you focus on in these forums and blogs.

You cannot possibly justify the idea, that because you don't like a stranger for a passing moment. That you should be able to disable their activities temporarily or indefinitely. That is the end result of this report system.

Gaming machines that cost hundreds of dollars. Subscriptions to online services. In game content. We are getting bled the fuck out of these money grubbing companies and your actually going to promote fundamentals that help flaming idiot strangers who don't know each other, on ways to hassle each other in real life.

I'm not a troll. And i'm not a child. I am not subject to the whims of 12 year old children who don't like being called names even though they cried first. And I am not subject to the unmerciful suction of money these companies demand without direct dialogue with us.

I'm a force of good whether you like it or not. I'm over it but want my money back friends. Thank you. (get rid of the report system)

Out of curiosity, if you go a restraunt, movie theater, or Broadway show, violate their rules, and get kicked out, would you feel entitled to a refund? Because most of these places will not give you one: you legitimately bought and recieved your ticket/food/etc. and, due to your own actions, were ejected from the premises for your behavior before you could fully enjoy your purchase.

Few people will say I'm entitled to a refund for my show ticket if stand up and start insulting the cast mid-show. League follows similar rules: once you're ejected for behavior you have previously had warnings about said behavior, and knowingly continued to exhibit problematic behavior. That isn't Riot's fauly, nor do they really owe you anything at that point

These threads always start with something along the lines of "My unfair ban" or something of the like. You read it to find out that it was just, and that they are ignorant of why they were punished for the umpteenth time Permanently And you can't even explain it to them because they can't grasp the concept behind their behavior as toxic because it's who they are in-game.[zombie-brand-clap]

Any digital purchase that gives you nothing for your money is a con. You're paying to RENT pixels with no idea when you will lose them. I also am a veteran of numerous mmorpgs, and in my youth often spent money on their cash shops. When I left, I left with the knowledge all the money I sunk into their game was wasted. I rarely purchase RP for that very reason, in spite of the fact Riot recognizes me as an "honorable" player. What RP I did spend I did so with the knowledge if Riot wanted to ban me tomorrow, they are able to due to their TOS. It sucks, but it's something we all agreed to.
