My account is now suspended and I wish to at least TRY to get a lower suspension

Hi,

I queued up and yes, I flamed a player. It was worst than I could have ever imagined. I never flame players to an extent to which I generalize things like their home country as producing bad/troll players. I was at the bottom of my patience tank: it was my fourth game, my third in a row with people that trolled or laughed to my face that they don't care anymore, after losing 3 kills in a row to their lane/role. I lost it and I was weak and started flaming a guy, instead of muting people and trying to use the game to better learn the champion I was on. (I main Support and I am trying all I can to learn more . Being Silver means that you need champions that can do things and I am already accomplished on , , and . I am working a lot to get and better).

However, my record is flawless in S8 and I would really, REALLY appreciate to be given a pass on this suspension. I am absolutely prepared to go back and admit and take responsibility over my mistakes and make everyone in the community proud of taking back on my ban. To prove that it was a quite isolated case, please go through my last seasons' history. I have done my best and tried my utmost to be a decent character and a balanced personality. I have reached honor level 4 and I am always trying to contribute to the community by reporting wisely and trying to lift up spirits of those who lose fate in games. I mean, come on!, I might actually have the best vision score average in Silver right now, honestly... I am that Good Guy Support everyone wants in their game. I just lost it for 5 minutes.

I am really bummed with this situation and I am willing to go the extra mile here. I have always had my bad times but I never had more than chat penalties for a number of games. It's been 2 seasons since I got a report and since I felt I needed one for behavior. I'm a League enthusiast and even if I have to take the suspension time (until August 6th...), I'd do what's needed to at least not have this stupid stain on my record.

I am willing to bet my account (you may delete it) against the fact that this will NEVER happen again...
