Permanently banned for Changing the server VPN is connected to during game

Riot please help because I really did not understand what I did wrong to deserve a perma ban, I was just changing the VPN server I was connected to during game because I was experiencing high pings, please help me understand what I did wrong or is it a misunderstanding that I was hacking. Riot please help, the account is this account and it is banned on 10/28/2019.

Can you either post an image of what it says when you log in or the exact text it says?

Create a ticket at riot support.

Send a ticket in. They will sometimes put a protective lock your account if they think it was compromised. In your case a sudden change in location/IP. Also check the email attached to the account
