if you were that "i mute everyone and dont flame" guy then all you'd get is a little message that tells you that you got reported more than usual. thats all. it doesnt say the reports have a reason or that you get punished.
but as it seems you arent that guy so thats why you got punished :D
Judging by your use of all caps you most likely flame a lot. Also reports don't actually do anything other then trigger for Riot to check out your logs. So if you got in trouble you had it coming.

Any of these sound familiar? Bottom line, if you want the games to be more positive, don't start flaming them, and no need to respond to flames.
Constructive criticism is OK, but don't flame them if they don't follow what you say, as it is hard to change over 1 game. If they flame you, you can ask for a constructive critism instead, but if they don't give you any, don't take it to heart and figure it out yourself. Self analysis and awareness is actually one of the best ways to improve.
