Hello,

I would like to ask for opinions for setting an in-game filter to set queues only to your fellow countrymen. I am from Slovakia and I would like to limit my game to those within my country from time to time. I care little about queue times my goal is to play with people I can meet in real life for some beer and fun or simply just enlarge my buddy list with players I can comm with on Skype during game.

Oh, and please cut the crap with racist.. i got Polish in game friends, i play EVE with German company, my best colleague is from US and my ex-girlfriend is a muslim (still visiting from time to time in Vienna).

Not exactly what you're looking for, but pretty close if you're looking to meet up in person anyway.

It's an interesting idea, certainly, but I don't believe it's something Riot would implement, since if enough players used this feature to make it viable you'd have server health issues on the main, all-inclusive server...and MMR balancing issues in the country-specific servers, since there would be smaller player pools.

I think the better questions here is, how would it work for NA?

NA is built for North America AND Canada. What? Would we then have to list which state/province/city we live in somewhere?

Yeah... no thank you. I get enough "omg you live in the city?! How's life in the city?!" when I tell friends where I live. I don't need a bunch of people actually from the city trying to be friends to meet up with me only to find out, oh hey, I live hours from the city they thought I lived in.
