Riot, I want proof that I cheated!

You banned my account claiming i cheated and wont give it back when i know for a fact and so do my friends that have watched me play in person that know I don't cheat! I want the proof that you claim to have.

They will be unable to provide to you any information on their investigation, as cheaters can use that to avoid detection in the future. The only thing you can do is submit a Support Ticket and request they look at your case again.

Riot would not just ban you because you got complained on. You must of used some type of program that uplinked into the league game or attached to it, in some way. They are very smart people trust me, if there is anything going on with codes then they will ban.

thats the thing though, ive been playing league since 2014 and spent a lot of money of it, why would i cheat when i know it could get my account taken away?

Riot says they have proof, but from what i understand about league is that when you purchase rp it states that whatever you buy with it on your account, you now own that champion it doesnt say that you rented or purchased it for just a little while. It is fraud. I will also be helping her make a good court case

No, you paid for RP. You then exchanged that RP for a license to use that skin/champion/whatever. You don't own anything in the game, never have.

I can understand in game currency but if i spend physical currency on an account that i created then that account should be mine to have. Now i understand that i dont own the account but i also understand that i own the content that i purchased with my acutal money, in this instant it is rp

You purchased RP, and it was given to you. As far as the law and Riot is concerned, the transaction is finished.

I get what its saying but my rp is something outside of my account that i purchased at a walmart for most of it. That part of it should still be my property even though i bought it for league of legends.

RP is not outside of your account, it is attached directly to the account, which you are liable to lose access to for breaking the Terms of Use. It's standard policy in any game with microtransactions.

Trust me; It won't even be thrown out - as it won't even be addressed to begin with. The only Lawyer that would take this case would only be in it for the initial consolation fees/knowing 100% you'd loose.

Every single patch there's this little terms of service you accept. Those terms of services are written up by Lawyers themselves as a contract invalidating what you own.

Making multiple threads here virtually never works, and making threats certainly doesn't help your case.

If you honestly didn't cheat, your best course of action is to continually submit support tickets. They won't provide you with evidence against you, but you may be able to help your case by providing any evidence that YOU may have in support of your position.
