probably goes in gameplay, not PB.
Agreed with Kei, put this into gameplay if you want to get feedback about champ design and want to discuss how to improve the champ and balance the champ out.
This is the player behavior forum and it is focused on things like how people talk to communicate with each other, how to navigate dealing with mean teammates, how to handle unsportsmanlike opponents, discuss punishments, etc...

Here's one for you: Has a slow, a knock-up, can jump walls, E is massive lifesteal or ad boost, passive is literally a GA...some how
