We need to create a way to stop Pregame chat trolling

It is getting worse and worse. Below is a clip of what I have been dealing with and I am getting tired of it. Took me 45 minutes to get into a game because of stuff like this.

Gizmogearbob joined the room. Gizmogearbob did not accept the AFK check. Your group was removed from matchmaking. A player didn't accept the AFK check. Your group was returned to matchmaking. You are now in a chat room with your full champion select team. Gizmogearbob joined the room. xxxxxxxxxxx joined the room. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx1 joined the room. xxxxxxxxxx2 joined the room. Just to let you know: Pre/post game chat is recorded and can be checked during a review of behavior when you report someone at the end game lobby. Just include a comment to check either section. If not possible make sure to have a screen cap and send it in via a Support Ticket, though that route should only be used as a last resort.
