I've been waiting about a 4 days to get my hacked account unbanned. They said they were transfering it to another account group and it has been almost 3 days just for that! This is so stupid! I provided them all the info to prove it is mine and they still haven't unbanned it, (it was banned temp so nobody could login due to being hacked.) I've made 3 support tickets about this...

Your problem is being impatient. You have to remember these are people. They cant help you 24/7. they clock in 7am just like everyone else. If anything it was your fault for not categorizing your ticket to the right person/section. hence the need for a transfer. Also when you make support tickets and basically keep making it (like the 3 you did) it basically puts your ticket at the bottom of the bin. Have patients! Also note that it is Tuesday. If you say its almost 3 days you have to put it in Business days so they basically only had Monday to look at your account.
Just saying especially as something as serious as this they want to make sure You are really You! People have cheated the system and claimed other peoples account. They dont want to risk it so they have to take extra precautions!
I usually get about 1 response per 24 hours once my requests actually go to a so called behavior specialist which is annoying because I really want the issue addressed that happened 3 days ago with a dumb person trolling me...
They have millions of tickets to go through. It's obviously going to take time.
